Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping:
To cancel an order before shipping, submit a ticket by contacting customer service, providing the order details and customer information. A response will be provided within two business days to confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation After Shipping:
To cancel an order after shipping, submit a ticket through customer service, including the customer and order details. A response will be provided within two business days. The shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cancellation After Receiving the Order:
Orders can only be canceled for products that remain in their original, unused condition. The return process can be completed through one of the following methods:
- Returning the products to the store branch.
- Requesting a return shipping label for 50 SAR if we collect the product from the customer’s home.
- Shipping the products via a courier service.

Return and Exchange Conditions:
- The original invoice must be included with the return request.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging as received at the time of purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 3 business days, and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Returned items are inspected before being processed for a refund or exchange, which will be completed within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- For returned fitness equipment, installation and delivery fees will be deducted if the item was received assembled, provided that it is in the same condition as delivered.
- Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange
