Product Warranty and Manufacturing Quality Policy
Advanced Sports Company ensures product warranty and manufacturing quality, subject to the manufacturer’s policies outlined in the product warranty guide. For warranty and maintenance services, customers can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service as per the applicable regulations.
Advanced Sports Company is committed to providing the best after-sales services to its customers and ensures the availability of spare parts with manufacturing quality in accordance with the Ministry of Commerce regulations as follows:
Warranty and Maintenance Policies:
- Electronic devices are covered by a two-year quality warranty.
- Repair time is a maximum of 14 days from the maintenance request date (excluding the time required to source spare parts).
- Spare part requests take 14 days from the order date.
- Maintenance quality warranty is valid for 30 days after service.
- Customer complaints will be responded to within 5 days, and a final resolution will be provided within 30 days.
- Product lifespan varies depending on the product. Customers should refer to the product manual or contact the authorized dealer for details.
- Maintenance visit fees apply after the warranty period ends.
- The warranty covers free repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults. However, it does not include full product replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- Misuse of the product or failure to follow the product manual or online activation guidelines.
- Breakage, impact, cuts, or exposure to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or extreme heat.
- Unauthorized repairs or maintenance attempts by non-certified agents or the use of non-approved spare parts.
- File deletion or partition removal from the hard drive.
- Tampering with or altering the serial numbers.
Important Notice:
Warranty-covered maintenance visits are free of charge in major cities, including Riyadh. Any service request outside Riyadh will incur additional logistical fees, or customers may opt to ship their equipment to Riyadh at their own expense.
