Cancellation Before Shipping:<\/strong><\/h3>

To cancel an order before shipping, submit a ticket by contacting customer service, providing the order details and customer information. A response will be provided within two business days to confirm the cancellation.<\/p>

Cancellation After Shipping:<\/strong><\/h3>

To cancel an order after shipping, submit a ticket through customer service, including the customer and order details. A response will be provided within two business days. The shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/p>

Cancellation After Receiving the Order:<\/strong><\/h3>

Orders can only be canceled for products that remain in their original, unused condition. The return process can be completed through one of the following methods:<\/p>

  1. Returning the products to the store branch.<\/li>
  2. Requesting a return shipping label for 50 SAR<\/strong> if we collect the product from the customer\u2019s home.<\/li>

    • Returns are accepted within 3 business days<\/strong>, and exchanges are allowed within 30 days<\/strong> from the purchase date.<\/li>
    • Returned items are inspected before being processed for a refund or exchange, which will be completed within 3 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>
